<p>I am 38 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I have had an awful headache backache, diarrhea, nausea all day long. Can this be the start of labor?
I sure hope so! I’m 38 weeks 4 days pregnant, and have been having horrible back ache and headaches for the past week, and diarrhea and nausea for the past day or two.
It could be anytime, but then again, it could still be a few more weeks.

possibly the early stages. the backache is usually a good sign

Nope. I’ve been having diarrhea and nausea a little over 3 weeks now and I’ve been having back pain since last night because my daughter decided to twist around to where she is "sunny-side up" so her back is on my back and pinching a nerve.
